Return Policy

Welcome to WebsProtocol.com. We are committed to delivering quality products to your doorstep. However, due to the nature of our business and inventory variety, we have a strict and limited return policy that protects both your experience and our operational integrity.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. The item was damaged during delivery
  2. The product received is completely different from the one ordered
  3. The item is dead on arrival (DOA) or does not work upon first use

📌 Change of mind is NOT a valid reason for return or exchange.


2. Return Time Frame

You must report a return request within:

  1. 48 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong items
  2. 24 hours for dead on arrival (DOA) items

No claim will be accepted after this period.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  1. Engine oil and lubricants (opened or unsealed)
  2. Computer components (e.g., RAM, processors) once unboxed
  3. Fashion or clothing items unless completely wrong or damaged
  4. Electronics with manufacturer warranty—claim must go through the brand
  5. Any product that shows signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

4. Return Process

If your product qualifies for return:

2️⃣ Provide order ID, issue description, and unboxing video (mandatory)

3️⃣ Wait for verification and confirmation from our return team

4️⃣ Ship the item to our return address (customer must cover shipping costs)

5️⃣ Once received and verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit

Refunds are not provided under any condition.


5. Shipping Costs

  1. If the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  2. If it is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.


6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled under any condition.


7. Important Notes

  1. All returns are subject to quality control checks before approval
  2. WebsProtocol reserves the right to refuse any return if the product doesn’t meet our return criteria
  3. Store credit (valid for 30 days) is the only form of compensation
