Refund Policy

At WebsProtocol.com, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. Due to the nature of our inventory—ranging from computer accessories, engine oils, vehicle parts, electronics, and clothing—our refund policy is limited, strict, and in favor of business operations.


1. General Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Refunds are only provided in the following rare cases:

  1. If a product is out of stock after payment
  2. If the product is not delivered due to logistics failure caused by us
  3. If a wrong product (completely different model or category) is delivered and we fail to replace it

✅ In all other cases, store credit or replacement is provided.


2. No Refund in the Following Cases

We do NOT provide refunds for the following:

  1. Change of mind after placing an order
  2. Incorrect order placed by customer
  3. Items already unsealed, used, or tampered with
  4. Fashion/clothing items returned without a valid reason
  5. Lubricants, oils, and perishable electronics
  6. Product damage due to customer mishandling
  7. Minor packaging or box damage that does not affect product usability

3. Store Credit or Replacement

If a refund situation qualifies, WebsProtocol will:

  1. Provide store credit (valid for 30 days)
  2. Or offer a product replacement of equal value

Refunds to bank, bKash, or card are only done when store credit is not acceptable, and only after management review.


4. How to Claim a Refund (If Eligible)

2️⃣ Share your order ID, issue details, and an unboxing video or photographic proof

3️⃣ Your claim will be reviewed by our team within 3–7 working days

4️⃣ Upon approval, refund/store credit/replacement will be initiated


5. Refund Timeline (If Approved)

  1. Refunds via bKash/Nagad/Bank may take 7–10 business days
  2. Store credit is usually issued within 48 hours


6. Important Notes

📌 Refund method will be chosen by company management, not the customer

📌 Misuse of refund policy (e.g., frequent refund requests) may lead to account suspension
