Cancellation Policy

At WebsProtocol.com, we value your orders and work hard to deliver them promptly. However, due to the nature of our inventory (computer accessories, engine oils, vehicle parts, electronics, clothing, and more), all cancellations are governed by the following strict terms:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

🕐 You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it — only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel, contact us immediately via:

If approved, cancellation will be confirmed via SMS or email.

Note: Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Processing/Shipping

After dispatch, no cancellation requests will be accepted. This applies to:

1. All engine oils and lubricants
2. Opened electronics or accessories
3. Fashion items
4. Any item marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”

Orders placed during special campaigns (offers, flash sales, or clearance deals) are non-cancellable.

3. Refusal to Receive the Product

If a customer refuses to receive a product at delivery without a valid reason, they will be blacklisted from future purchases. Any prepaid amount will be non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by WebsProtocol.com

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

1. Stock unavailability
2. Pricing or listing error
3. Delivery location not serviceable
4. Customer has a history of abuse, fraud, or cancellation

In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative product will be offered.
